LHH Per azienda cliente, EPCM internazione con sede a Milano, siamo attualmente alla ricerca di una figura di un Project Development Manager sulla sviluppo di progetti in RTB/pre-construction.
La risorsa sarà coinvolta nella gestione e nel coordinamento di progetti d'impianti PV e BESS supportando tutte le fasi di sviluppo.
Responsabilità La figura si occuperà delle seguenti attività:
Pianificare, monitorare e coordinare i progetti, garantendo efficienza e rispetto delle tempistiche; Intrattenere relazioni con stakeholder, board, e clienti per il regolare svolgimento delle attività di permitting 1° e 2°; Supportare la preparazione della documentazione per permessi e autorizzazioni AUR/PAUR assicurando il rispetto delle normative ambientali; Monitorare l'avanzamento dei progetti, predisponendo report periodici per le analisi di performance; Collaborare alla definizione e al controllo del budget, monitorando i costi.
Profilo Verranno prese in considerazione figure in possesso dei seguenti requisiti:
Laurea in Ingegneria; Almeno 3 anni di esperienza nel project development PV; Inglese avanzato.
