About the Role:

Reporting professionally to the Cybersecurity Architecture Manager and managerially to the Italy Cybersecurity Manager, the

Cybersecurity Identity Governance Expert

will play a key role in designing and delivering solutions to manage digital identities, credentials, and authentication methods across the Ferrero Group. The primary goal of this role is to minimize risks associated with account compromise threats and ensure that security requirements for identity and access are properly addressed in all enterprise systems and applications.
As a subject matter expert in Identity and Access Management and Identity Governance and Administration, you will collaborate closely with IT and other departments to implement robust identity governance controls and processes.
The role will be based in our

Alba offices , with the possibility of working remotely up to two days per week.
Main Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and configuring IAM processes, including user lifecycle management, access reviews, account provisioning and de-provisioning, role management, and segregation of duties. You will drive the implementation of advanced authentication mechanisms such as multi-factor authentication, passwordless solutions, and conditional access policies to ensure secure access across multiple devices and platforms. Applying Zero Trust principles will be a key part of your work, ensuring alignment with business and security requirements.
You will collaborate with Cybersecurity Architects and Application Owners to provide guidance on IAM security best practices and support IT teams in validating identity and access solutions. Defining role baselines and implementing effective access governance in partnership with IT, business, and support functions will be central to your responsibilities. Additionally, you will lead and deliver Identity Governance initiatives included in the Cybersecurity roadmap, driving projects that achieve IAM/IAG objectives.
Your role will also involve conducting industry research to identify emerging IAM trends and technologies, contributing to awareness programs through training development and delivery, and defining governance controls to be integrated into central processes and procedures. By doing so, you will ensure that identity governance remains a cornerstone of Ferrero's cybersecurity posture.
About You:

You bring deep expertise in Identity Governance and IAM, supported by at least

five years of experience

in similar roles within multinational environments or cybersecurity consulting. Your background includes designing and implementing IAM/IAG solutions across vendor products and creating optimized architectures to meet business needs.
Holding a

degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field , you have strong knowledge of identity security standards and IAM/IAG technologies. Familiarity with SAP user and role management and integration with enterprise identity systems like Active Directory is essential.
Business-fluent

English

enables you to communicate complex findings clearly to senior stakeholders.
