All'interno dell'Area Product Strategy e Innovation Design, il/la candidato/a si occuperà delle seguenti attività:
Responsabilità ed attività in Artemide
Product Strategy

Analisi di mercato
Benchmark di prodotto, sia decorativo che architetturale indoor/outdoor/ di soluzioni tecnologiche
Interfaccia con sales force e raccolta feedback
Realizzazione di strumenti tecnico-commerciali a supporto del lancio del prodotto e delle vendite (brochure tecniche di prodotto, presentazioni e altri strumenti di vendita/progetto) Innovation & Sustainability

Coinvolgimento in attività di scouting ed elaborazione di soluzioni di ricerca da applicare a nuovi prodotti
Interfaccia con enti di ricerca scientifici e tecnologici
Coinvolgimento in attività di innovazione sostenibile di prodotto
Editing di contenuti di testo e grafici a supporto delle innovazioni tecnologiche e dei concept/progetti realizzati (image editing prodotto/ ambientazione, creazione brochure/presentazioni, rendering prodotto/ambientazione, Composizione 3 D, grafiche e disegni 2 D e altri materiali comunicazione)
Sviluppo di nuove funzionalità e debug di interfacce digitali di management dedicato
Analisi LCA di prodotto
Analisi e attività di efficientamento packaging
Coinvolgimento nelle attività di Corporate reporting Percorso educativo ed esperienze pregresse

Laurea in Disegno Industriale, Ingegneria o Architettura
Si richiede una precedente esperienza nel ruolo di almeno 3 anni
La provenienza dal settore lighting costituisce un plus
Si richiede la conoscenza di programmi di video editing
Indispensabile la conoscenza dei seguenti software: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PP), Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign, After Effects e Premiere Pro), programmi di modellazione 3 D e render (Rhinoceros, Keyshot, etc.), nonché di Autocad / Archicad e Dialux
Indispensabile la conoscenza della lingua inglese sia scritta che parlata. La conoscenza di una seconda lingua straniera costituisce un plus
Curiosità e spinta verso nuove tecnologie e innovazioni (digitali e non solo), creatività nell'immaginazione di nuovi possibili scenari applicativi che si integrino col settore lighting, naturale propensione all'utilizzo di tool digitali (app, interfacce, ecc.). Verranno prese in considerazione solo le candidature in linea con il profilo ricercato.
