🚀 What you’ll do

- Design and develop high-performance software solutions for real-time information transmission
- Mentor junior developers, promoting a culture of clean code and best practices, handling code reviews and refactoring
- Take on a technical leadership role, with the possibility to evolve into a team leader position aligned with your ambitions
- Collaborate with the team to define modern and scalable architectures

🧠 Required skills

- Strong knowledge of .NET Core
- Experience with RabbitMQ, MS SQL Server, Redis, MongoDB
- Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes
- Expertise in parallel, asynchronous, and multithreaded programming
- Passion for clean code and software engineering

Siamo alla ricerca di un Senior .NET Developer appassionato di performance, architetture scalabili e real-time data transmission. Se ti entusiasma lavorare su progetti innovativi e ad alta intensità tecnica, e hai voglia di guidare e ispirare un team, questa è l’opportunità giusta per te.

🚀 Cosa farai

- Progetterai e svilupperai soluzioni software ad alte prestazioni per la trasmissione di informazioni in tempo reale
- Sarai mentore per sviluppatori junior, promuovendo la cultura del clean code e delle best practice, occupandoti di code review, e refactoring.
- Assumerai un ruolo da technical leader, con possibilità di evolvere in team leader qualora in linea con le tue ambizioni.
- Collaborerai con il team per definire architetture moderne e scalabili

🧠 Competenze richieste
