Accountabilities

- Own end-to-end product launches including positioning, enablement, and market amplification.

- Manage the customer success story lifecycle from identification to distribution.

- Build and run educational programs to drive customer adoption and product value.

- Create a competitive intelligence system to empower the sales team.

- Develop business case materials that articulate value differentiation.

- Build a visual asset library for immediate use by sales.

- Establish feedback loops between sales, customer success, and product teams.

- Measure and optimize marketing asset performance based on data insights.

Requirements

- 3-5+ years of experience in product marketing within B2B SaaS, preferably enterprise.

- Proven track record of creating marketing assets that enhance pipeline and deal velocity.

- Experience building customer education programs or academies.

- Proficiency in AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, and Midjourney.

- Ability to create custom AI workflows to improve marketing productivity.

- Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and sales team needs.

- Execution-focused with a bias towards rapid shipping and iteration.

- Data-driven mindset for measuring success and optimizing impactful activities.
