Per conto di una multinazionale del settore industriale ad alto contenuto di automazione, siamo alla ricerca di una figura da inserire come Simulation & Digital Twin Engineer / Advanced Manufacturing Specialist.
Responsabilità
La figura sarà responsabile dello sviluppo, gestione e validazione di progetti legati alla simulazione avanzata, alla modellazione di sistemi produttivi e alla creazione di digital twin di processi industriali. Il ruolo prevede un’interazione costante con clienti e team interni, coordinando attività tecniche, requisiti progettuali e deliverable, con particolare attenzione alla qualità dei modelli, alle tempistiche e all’integrazione dei diversi input tecnici.
Le principali attività includono:
- Analizzare requisiti funzionali dei progetti, definendo obiettivi, deliverable, tempistiche e criteri di validazione dei modelli.
- Sviluppare modelli di impianti, linee produttive, celle robotizzate o sistemi logistici tramite piattaforme di simulazione 3D, discrete event o agent-based.
- Gestire piani di sviluppo dei modelli con definizione di costi, attività, milestone e priorità tecniche.
- Coordinare risorse tecniche e dati di input, garantendo coerenza tra layout, logiche operative, cicli macchina, vincoli produttivi e requisiti del cliente.
- Validare le soluzioni tramite analisi dei colli di bottiglia, what-if scenarios, metriche prestazionali e valutazioni di capacità produttiva.
- Partecipare alle riunioni di avanzamento, presentando risultati e fornendo supporto tecnico nella risoluzione delle criticità.
- Supportare test, collaudi virtuali e verifiche funzionali, collaborando con team di automazione, process engineering e commissioning.
Requisiti
- Laurea ad indirizzo tecnico.
- Preferibile provenienza da settori ad alto contenuto tecnologico, come robotica, automazione, automotive, aerospace, elettronica.
- Conoscenza dei principali software di simulazione industriale / discrete event / agent-based (es. Plant Simulation, Process Simulate, DELMIA, Robcad, AnyLogic, FlexSim, Visual Components, Simio, Arena).
- Preferibile esperienza con piattaforme di digital twin e modellazione 3D (es. Omniverse, Unity, Blender, 3Ds Max, Maya).
- Capacità di lettura di layout tecnici, flussi produttivi e logiche operative.
- Ottime capacità organizzative e comunicative, predisposizione al lavoro in team su più progetti.
- Orientamento al risultato e gestione delle priorità.
