Il Financial Accountant è responsabile della gestione dei principali processi finanziari dell’entit locale, con particolare attenzione alla contabilit fornitori, alle transazioni intercompany e al reporting finanziario. La posizione richiede solide competenze analitiche, precisione e capacit di collaborazione con diversi dipartimenti e interlocutori internazionali, al fine di garantire dati finanziari accurati e report tempestivi. Responsabilit principali Contabilit Fornitori Elaborare e verificare le fatture dei fornitori (UE ed extra-UE). Monitorare ordini di acquisto aperti e riconciliare accantonamenti. Coordinare pagamenti settimanali e dichiarazioni Intrastat mensili Intercompany Riconciliare saldi intercompany e gestire trasferimenti di cassa. Supportare le riconciliazioni e la chiusura contabile di fine mese. Comunicare con entit internazionali e team di tesoreria. Reporting &, Compliance Preparare report finanziari mensili, trimestrali e annuali. Garantire la conformit alle normative interne e supportare audit. Mantenere documentazione di controllo e supportare revisioni interne. Collaborazione Lavorare a stretto contatto con centri servizi, banche, dipendenti e management per risolvere problematiche e mantenere registrazioni accurate. Requisiti Laurea in discipline economico-finanziarie (Contabilit , Finanza, Economia). Esperienza di almeno 2 anni in contabilit fornitori, processi intercompany e contabilit generale. Preferibile esperienza in ambienti manifatturieri. Ottima conoscenza dell’inglese (scritto e parlato). Capacit analitiche e di problem solving, attenzione ai dettagli. vetrinabakeca
