Lavoriamo con organizzatori di eventi, sponsor e community internazionali per rivoluzionare il modo in cui i partecipanti vivono e condividono la propria esperienza. Jubatus è cresciuta del 250% nel 2025.
Il ruolo
Cerchiamo un/a Sales & Marketing Manager con focus su business development e market growth, da inserire in affiancamento diretto al CEO. La figura sarà coinvolta nelle attività strategiche e operative per espandere il mercato di Jubatus in Italia e all'estero.
Responsabilità principali
Analizzare mercati, competitor e trend per identificare opportunità di crescita.
Sviluppare partnership con organizzatori di eventi, sponsor e stakeholder.
Contribuire alla definizione e all'implementazione della strategia commerciale.
Generare e qualificare nuovi lead, gestendo l'intero ciclo di vendita B2B2C.
Collaborare con il team di prodotto e marketing per allineare la crescita di mercato alle evoluzioni della piattaforma.
Monitorare KPI di crescita ed analizzare report per il team e gli investitori.
Requisiti
Forte interesse per il mondo startup, sport ed eventi.
Formazione in Economia, Management, Marketing o affini.
Competenze di base in analisi di mercato, sviluppo commerciale e gestione clienti.
Ottime capacità relazionali e di comunicazione.
Spirito imprenditoriale, proattività e orientamento al risultato.
Buona conoscenza dell'inglese (francese, tedesco e spagnolo sono un plus)
