Energy Regulatory Professional
Fastweb + Vodafone is looking for an Energy Regulatory Professional to join the Fixed Regulation & Beyond the Core team. The role focuses on promoting Fastweb+Vodafone’s interests in the energy and gas market through direct and indirect advocacy, aligned with the company’s positioning on various interest themes.

Responsibilities

Support the business on regulatory and normative themes in the retail, national and community markets of electricity and gas, evaluating economic and managerial impacts and compliance.

Preserve the evolution of sector regulation, analysing impacts on processes and business strategy with a focus on legal aspects of retail and consumer regulation.

Define the company’s positioning on regulatory and normative themes in agreement with the business line and develop an advocacy action plan.

Manage relations with Independent Administrative Authorities (prevalently ARERA and AGCM), technical institutional stakeholders (e.g. Acquirer Unico) and competent Ministries.

Participate in association tables and coordinate advocacy activities.

Essential Requirements

Degree in law, economics or related field.

5-10 years experience in energy utilities or public institutions.

Analytical and synthetic skills, ability to tackle new and complex topics, strong written and presentation skills.

Excellent written and spoken English.

Team‑working and networking orientation, flexibility, concrete collaborative spirit, problem solving, planning and proactive initiative.
