Per il potenziamento del nostro Team International, siamo alla ricerca di un/a Account Handler con solida esperienza nel settore assicurativo/brokeraggio, che supporterà la gestione operativa e tecnico-assicurativa di programmi assicurativi internazionali.
La risorsa affiancherà l'Account Executive di riferimento nella gestione quotidiana del portafoglio clienti assegnato, garantendo corretto presidio delle attività operative, continuità del servizio e rispetto delle scadenze. Il ruolo prevede un'interazione costante con clienti corporate, compagnie assicurative, network internazionali e producing offices esteri.
Responsabilità principali
- Supporto operativo e tecnico all'Account Executive nella gestione di Clienti e Programmi Assicurativi Internazionali.
- Gestione end-to-end degli account assegnati: emissioni, rinnovi, endorsement e monitoraggio delle coperture.
- Predisposizione di policy digest, reportistica tecnica e documentazione assicurativa a supporto dei programmi multinazionali.
- Monitoraggio del collocamento delle polizze e coordinamento del reporting verso i producing offices esteri.
- Interazione costante con compagnie assicurative, network internazionali e divisioni specialistiche MAG (Financial Lines, Property, Casualty, ecc.).
- Supporto nell'individuazione di opportunità di sviluppo e di consulenza assicurativa sul portafoglio clienti.
Requisiti
- Laurea in discipline economico-finanziarie o Master in Risk Management / Insurance.
- Esperienza di almeno 2 anni in ruoli analoghi presso broker assicurativi o compagnie, con focus su programmi assicurativi internazionali (incoming/outgoing).
- Solida conoscenza della gestione tecnico-assicurativa.
- Ottime capacità relazionali, comunicative e di lavoro in team.
- Spiccate doti organizzative e di time management.
- Conoscenza della lingua inglese almeno a livello B2; la conoscenza di una seconda lingua straniera costituisce un plus.
- Buona padronanza degli strumenti informatici (Excel, PowerPoint, CRM).
