Per un nostro cliente, boutique di M&A e Corporate Finance di stampo imprenditoriale, siamo alla ricerca di 1 Analyst Senior / Junior Associate con 2–4 anni di esperienza per il rafforzamento del team di execution.
La realtà è attiva su operazioni sell-side e buy-side nei settori ICT, Healthcare, Food, Business Services ed Energy. Il ruolo prevede un forte coinvolgimento operativo sulle operazioni e una marcata centralità della modellistica finanziaria.
Responsabilità La risorsa sarà coinvolta direttamente nell’execution delle operazioni, con particolare responsabilità su:

- Costruzione e gestione di modelli finanziari complessi
- Modellistica avanzata a supporto di operazioni M&A, debt ed energy
- Valuation (DCF, multipli, analisi di sensitività)
- Riclassificazione di bilancio e riorganizzazione dei dati economico-finanziari
- Impairment test partendo dalla contabilità
- Analisi finanziaria e industriale
- Preparazione di presentazioni e materiali di progetto (PPT)
- Coordinamento operativo di stagisti sulle attività di analisi

Requisiti

- 2–4 anni di esperienza in ruoli di analisi finanziaria / corporate finance
- Forte competenza in modellistica finanziaria, rapidità ed elevata autonomia
- Ottima padronanza di Excel e PowerPoint
- Capacità di lavorare in contesti snelli e ad alta esposizione
- Attitudine hands-on, precisione e struttura nel lavoro analitico
- Inglese professionale

Costituiscono un plus

- Esperienza su Energy, Debt Advisory o Project Financing
- Capacità di lavorare su modelli complessi e non standardizzati
