You’ll be part of a group that provides high‑quality advisory services, support, and implementation of our software, SimCorp Sofia. Your role will be crucial in adapting and delivering our software to meet the unique needs of our clients.
What You Will Be Responsible For
Help Desk and User Support: Be the go‑to person for SimCorp Sofia users, solving their queries and ensuring smooth operations.
Product Development Support: Contribute to the development process by gathering requirements, creating specifications, and documenting features.
Shadowing and Learning: Work alongside experienced consultants, learning the ropes through direct experience in analysis and testing.
Client Support for Extraordinary Events: Assist clients during significant changes like mergers, acquisitions, and business restructuring.
Product Enhancement: Propose innovative software enhancements based on user feedback and practical use cases.
What We Value
Degree in Mathematics, Physics, or related field
Strong knowledge of algebra
Proficiency in English and Italian languages
Analytical skills, even in a time‑sensitive setting
Willingness to learn and grow with the role
