Our consultants from engineering, IT & Lifesciences, who create ingenious solutions, bring and develop their skills and know-how on a daily basis on projects that are as diverse as they are enriching As part of the development of Abylsen Italy, specialized in IT, Transport (automotive, aeronautics, defense, space and rail), Heavy Industry (metallurgy, steel plant) and Energy, we are looking for a Radar System Engineer in the defense sector to integrate our team of consultants and bring your expertise on all our projects. What is the challenge? MAIN ACTIVITIES: - Definition of integration, verification, and validation requirements for Radar Systems. - Design and implement radar system hardware and software - Conduct performance analysis and validation of radar systems - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate radar technologies into defense systems - Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations REQUIREMENTS: - Master's Degree in Engineering or technical disciplines - At least 1 year of experience in the role - Knowledge of radar theory and technology - Knowledge of system architectures for short- and ultra-short-range air defence in the land and naval domains - Theoretical and practical knowledge of the ‘system engineering’ process - Excellent knowledge of the English language OTHER INFORMATION: - Workplace: Rome, Italy - Hybrid work is permitted with 2 days of remote working WE OFFER: - Permanent contract - Supplementary health care assistance "Fondo Est" - Free access to +500 gyms throughout Italy - Periodic follow up with Business Managers Beyond your technical knowledge, it is really your personality that will make the difference No barrier should hold talent back Committed to equal opportunities, our Group is part of an inclusive approach: every position is open to everyone, and we actively support the integration of people with disabilities.
