Do you want to support one of the world’s leading running brands by producing dynamic graphics and videos that inspire and engage consumers across EMEA?The Advocate Group is partnering with a globally recognised running brand to find aContent Creation Assistantbased inMilan. This is an exciting, hands-on role supporting the Content Lead in delivering high-quality visual assets that bring the brand to life.
You’ll support daily creative tasks, contribute to campaign execution, and help shape the brand’s visual identity across multiple platforms.This role is ideal for a junior creative with a strong visual eye, practical design skills, and enthusiasm for sport, lifestyle, or performance culture.Key Responsibilities
• Support the Content Lead in producing high-quality visual assets, includinggraphics, photography, and video contentfor digital channels and marketing campaigns.
• Assist inediting video and imageryusing tools such as Photoshop, In Design, and relevant video-editing software.
• Contribute to the organisation and execution ofcontent shoots , including preparing samples, coordinating logistics, and providing on-site creative support.
• Capture on-the-ground content when required — from product visuals to lifestyle moments — ensuring everything aligns with brand style and tone.
• Maintain consistency with brand guidelines while helping to evolve the brand’s creative expression across EMEA markets.
• Work closely with the Milan team to supportday-to-day content needs , from social posts to retail assets.
• Support the creation of materials for major events across the EMEA region.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, consumer preferences, and social media aesthetics to ensure content remains fresh and relevant.Skills & Experience
• Experience withgraphic design, photography, or videography , ideally within a creative, sports, or lifestyle environment.
• Proficiency inAdobe Creative Suite(Photoshop, In Design, Premiere Pro or equivalent).
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling and digital content trends.
• A hands-on, proactive mindset — comfortable jumping into shoots, supporting logistics, and working in a fast-paced creative environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong visual eye.
