IL TUO RUOLO
In ottica di ampliamento dei nostri team, siamo alla ricerca di un Field Service Technician per una nostra partner multinazionale leader nel settore ferroviario.
La risorsa sarà inserita nel dipartimento Operations Services con l'obiettivo di guidare la messa in servizio e ottimizzare l'affidabilità dei convogli tramite diagnostica e soluzioni correttive avanzate.
Sede di Lavoro: Padova o Venezia, in sede.
Responsabilità principali:
- Eseguire interventi di retrofit, diagnostica e riparazione elettromeccanica e pneumatica direttamente presso i siti dei clienti;
- Gestire la messa in servizio (commissioning) e implementare modifiche tecniche per l'affidabilità dei nuovi veicoli;
- Tracciare interventi e non conformità tramite sistemi CMMS (GMAO) e aggiornare i database di configurazione;
- Coordinare team tecnici sul campo (fino a 10 persone) e gestire la strumentazione di misura certificata;
- Garantire il rispetto rigoroso delle normative EHS e degli standard di sicurezza in tutte le attività di cantiere.
Requisiti richiesti:
- Diploma tecnico (meccanico, elettrico o automazione) o titolo professionale equivalente;
- Esperienza di 2-5 anni in ruoli di post-vendita (SAV) o manutenzione di sistemi industriali o ferroviari complessi;
- Solida capacità di diagnostica su veicoli e ottima padronanza nella lettura di disegni tecnici e schemi di cablaggio;
- Conoscenza operativa degli standard di sicurezza EHS e dei software di gestione della manutenzione computerizzata;
- Disponibilità alla mobilità presso i siti operativi.
