Italy Education Specialist In this role, you will be the scientific representative of the company, building relationships with academia, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and scientific associations. Develops and delivers educational programming for Italy towards future and practicing dental professionals to drive brand awareness, recommendation, trust and usage of consumer and professional product s. By engaging with stakeholders, youll support clinical evidence dissemination and enhance Colgates reputation in oral health. Youll communicate product and research insights by delivering presentations to dental professionals and students at universities, congresses, and webinars. Education:
Bachelor's degree in Life Science or Dental Hygiene. Masters degree (e.g., CTF, pharmacy, dentistry) or Ph.
D. in life sciences is a plus. : Years of Experience (range): Minimum of 3 years of solid experience in a field position engaging with practicing professionals and/or KOLs; previous work experience in the pharma or MD industry or oral health industry (e.g., medical science liaison) is a plus. : Knowledge of the Italian professional/dentist business and academic network is a plus. : Work experience showcasing excellent scientific communication skills is a must:have; engagement with larger audiences is a plus. : Superb communication, negotiation and influencing skills across diverse targets with differing backgrounds and needs : Work experience with interactive remote and digital communication tools is a must. : Digital savviness and eagerness to learn and drive change, especially regarding digital and remote presentation and engagement tools. : Excellent understanding of science, a passion for learning and teaching is a must. : Fluent Italian; very good level of English.
