Are you a dynamic marketing leader ready to shape the future of a high-performing regional business? We're conducting a confidential search for a Director of Marketing to lead the EMEA region for a global industrial solutions company.

This is a pivotal leadership role, reporting directly to the regional VP, where you'll drive marketing strategy, lead a talented team, and deliver impactful campaigns across a diverse product portfolio. You'll work cross-functionally to align marketing with business growth objectives and elevate brand presence across the region.

What You'll Do:

- Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing and communication strategies across EMEA.
- Drive successful product launches and go-to-market initiatives tailored to regional needs.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and R&D teams to align marketing with commercial goals.
- Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team across multiple countries.
- Develop external communications for key stakeholders, including customers, media, and institutions.
- Monitor market trends and competitive dynamics to inform strategic decisions.
- Champion digital marketing infrastructure and innovation.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and thought leadership across all channels.

What You Bring:

- 10–15 years of senior marketing experience, ideally in industrial or B2B sectors.
- Proven success in leading product launches and cross-functional initiatives.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to manage complexity and competing priorities.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Experience managing large, geographically dispersed teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, or related field (engineering background a plus).
