Manpower, per conto di Nike, brand leader mondiale nello sport, è alla ricerca di un/a Senior Analyst, Football Footwear Product testing Italy per entrare in un team internazionale e innovativo.

Ti occuperai di:

- Coordinare e gestire attività di test su prodotti calcistici (calzature) in collaborazione con atleti, allenatori e club.

- Raccogliere feedback e insight sul prodotto, elaborando report e presentazioni grafiche.

- Mantenere relazioni continuative con partner esterni e stakeholder interni.

- Pianificare e gestire più progetti contemporaneamente, rispettando scadenze a breve e medio termine.

- Effettuare frequenti trasferte sul territorio nazionale (fino all’80% del tempo) e viaggi occasionali in Europa e USA.

Chi cerchiamo:

- Diploma di scuola superiore (5 anni).

- Almeno 10 anni di esperienza in contesti professionali; preferibile background in footwear, test di prodotto, sviluppo, marketing, ingegneria, sport o customer service.

- Mentalità proattiva, capacità di adattamento e ottime doti relazionali.

- Lista di contatti nel mondo del calcio dilettantistico e professionistico in Veneto e regioni limitrofe (indispensabile).

- Disponibilità a orari flessibili e a spostamenti frequenti.

- Patente di guida senza infrazioni.

- Ottime capacità comunicative in italiano e inglese (livello B2/C1).

- Conoscenza dei componenti delle calzature, materiali e processi di assemblaggio.

- Competenza nell’uso di Microsoft Office, database e strumenti di analisi statistica.

- Preferibile esperienza sul campo come giocatore, allenatore o dirigente calcistico.

- Organizzazione, problem solving, gestione di più progetti.

- Passione per il brand Nike e il settore sportivo calzaturiero.
