We’re seeking a Field Application Engineer (FAE) to join a global leader in advanced power solutions, and help drive innovation across automotive, aerospace & defense, industrial, and high‑performance computing markets.

What You’ll Do

- Partner with business development teams to win new designs and accelerate adoption.
- Provide hands‑on technical support: product selection, system design, troubleshooting.
- Deliver seminars, training, and lab evaluations to customers and partners.
- Build strong relationships with engineering teams across industries.
- Travel 30–50% to engage customers face‑to‑face.

What We’re Looking For

- 🎓 Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
- ⚡ 5+ years in analog/power supply design or applications engineering.
- 🚙 Automotive market experience is a big plus.
- 💬 Fluent in English and Italian, with strong communication skills.
- 🚗 Full clean driving license.
