Field Sales - Napoli

In ottica di crescita del nostro Team Commerciale siamo alla ricerca di una figura di Field Sales per la città di Napoli che avrà la responsabilità di individuare e sviluppare nuove opportunità di business sul territorio assegnato.

Direttamente nella zona assegnata, tramite un approccio professionale e amichevole, presenterà Treatwell con l’obiettivo di migliorare sia l'esperienza dei saloni che quella dei loro clienti.

Sarà responsabile dell’intero processo di vendita, dalla lead generation, alla presentazione del prodotto, fino alla conclusione di accordi commerciali, creando collaborazioni solide e durature con i saloni.

Sede di lavoro: Napoli

Responsabilità:

- Sviluppo commerciale attraverso attività outbound sul territorio assegnato con l’obiettivo di fissare più appuntamenti possibili
- Pianificazione e gestione degli incontri in presenza con i Saloni della zona per presentare Treatwell ed il SaaS (il nostro Software gestionale)
- Identificazione di potenziali clienti attraverso la mappatura del mercato del territorio assegnato
- Gestione delle trattative legate alla contrattazione commerciale
- Raggiungimento e superamento degli obiettivi commerciali

Su di te:

- Hai esperienza pregressa maturata in un ruolo affine di almeno 1-2 anni
- Possiedi una spiccata attitudine commerciale e un forte orientamento al risultato
- Possiedi la patente (e automunito) e sei disponibile a spostamenti giornalieri sul territorio assegnato (Napoli e dintorni)
- Dimestichezza nell'utilizzo dei principali strumenti informatici
