Ruolo
Il/La Digital Marketing Lead guiderà la strategia e l’esecuzione delle attività digital marketing a livello globale, con l’obiettivo di accelerare la crescita eCommerce, aumentare la brand visibility e ottimizzare le performance dei canali digitali. La figura verrà inserita nel team eCommerce e Digital e farà riferimento all’Head of eCommerce & Digital, si rapporterà con le agenzie esterne e con i team interni garantendo un approccio data‑driven e orientato ai risultati.
Responsabilità principali

Strategia & Performance Marketing

Definire e implementare la strategia di digital marketing globale
Gestire il media mix e l’allocazione del budget, assicurando un’efficace copertura full‑funnel e massimizzazione del ROI.
Coordinare le agenzie media, garantendo qualità, efficienza e performance.
Guidare iniziative di growth marketing per acquisizione, conversione e retention.

SEO & Content Performance

Supervisione della strategia SEO (on‑site, contenuti, tech SEO) in collaborazione con team editoriali e sviluppatori.
Analisi costante delle performance organiche e dei contenuti, definendo ottimizzazioni basate su insight e benchmark di settore.

Data, Analytics & Optimization

Monitorare KPI e performance su tutti i canali digitali attraverso strumenti analytics
Identificare opportunità di miglioramento del funnel e lead generation.
Preparare report periodici con insight e raccomandazioni strategiche.

Brand, Creatività & Omnichannel

Collaborare con Brand & Communication per sviluppare campagne digital integrate, coerenti con identità e posizionamento Boggi Milano.
Assicurare l’allineamento e il go‑live delle campagne di digital marketing.

Gestione dei Partner & Agenzie

Valutare nuove piattaforme, tecnologie e partner per migliorare la digital maturity dell’azienda.

Hard Skills

~10 anni di esperienza in Digital Marketing, preferibilmente in una digital agency con focus fashion/luxury/premium.
Track record su performance marketing full‑funnel (Search, Social, Programmatic).
Ottima conoscenza di GA4, Tag Manager, piattaforme adv (Google, Meta, TikTok, DV360).
Conoscenza avanzata metodologie attribuzione
Capacità di lavorare con budget globali e campagne multicanale.

Soft Skills

Leadership, ownership e capacità di guidare progetti complessi.
Mentalità data‑driven e forte attenzione al dettaglio.
Ottime capacità di comunicazione e collaborazione cross‑funzionale.
