Senior Clinical Research Associate – Remote (Italy) | €50,000 - €65,000 + Car Allowance

You’ll work remotely with approximately 6–8 site visits per month across Italy, gaining exposure to diverse protocols and therapeutic areas - including niche treatments, blockbuster drugs, and innovative study designs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Full site management from start-up to close-out.
- Conduct feasibility, pre-study, initiation, monitoring, and closeout visits (Phase I–III).
- Prepare and attend investigator meetings; manage clinical supplies and drug safety follow-up.
- Perform SDV, CRF review, regulatory document checks, and drug accountability.
- Report and follow up on adverse events and serious adverse events.
- Assess patient recruitment and retention.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 3 years’ proven CRA experience.
- Strong organizational skills and willingness to travel within Italy.
Salary & Benefits:
€45,000–€52,000 plus car allowance, with additional benefits and career development opportunities.
