Adecco Italia – Customer Service (Olandese & Francese)
Adecco Italia, divisione Permanent, ricerca un Customer Service in lingua olandese e francese per importante azienda cliente operante nel settore dell'occhialeria, con sede su Milano (MI).

Responsabilità

Organizzare e gestire il database clienti;

Inserire, gestire e monitorare ordini e processi di consegna;

Supportare i Sales Manager per garantire il rispetto delle politiche commerciali e degli accordi di vendita;

Gestire l'intero flusso del processo logistico, fungendo da interfaccia con il Planning e la Logistica della sede centrale;

Fornire servizio e assistenza ai clienti assegnati per qualsiasi problema relativo ai flussi commerciali e post-vendita, nonché a questioni contabili;

Supportare i team di vendita e marketing nelle attività quotidiane, come la generazione di report, l'analisi dei dati, ordini POP, ecc;

Assistere in tutti gli eventi di vendita e supportare attivamente le sessioni commerciali;

Gestire gli ordini e le assegnazioni dei set di campioni e assistere nella manutenzione dell'inventario dei campioni in showroom.

Qualifiche

Buona conoscenza delle lingue olandese e francese;

Esperienza precedente, anche breve, in ruoli similari;

Forti capacità comunicative;

Capacità di lavorare in autonomia.

Si offre contratto diretto in azienda.
