We're Banger Studio – an independent creative agency making content that stands out, connects, and gets shared. We work with brands, artists, and media companies to create things that don't just fill the feed – they make noise.

Now we're looking for an Account Manager to support us on a project basis. Someone who's quick, smart, organized, and knows how to make both teams and clients feel in good hands.

What you'll do:

Manage client communication and expectations with clarity and care.

Coordinate teams, creatives, and timelines – from kickoff to delivery.

Translate creative chaos into well-structured plans and to-do lists.

Keep projects on track, on time, and on budget.

Work closely with our internal producers and creative leads to make things happen.

What you bring:

2+ years of experience as an account or project manager in a creative/digital setting.

Ability to jump into fast-moving projects and get up to speed quickly.

Impeccable organizational skills and proactive mindset.

You're calm under pressure, good with people, and always solution-oriented.

Fluent in both Italian and English (C1)
