Per nostro cliente, società leader nel settore delle costruzioni, stiamo ricercando un/a

SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

La figura dovrà seguire la Commessa sull’Università Bicocca di Milano, che ha per oggetto l’ampliamento (uffici, aule, alloggi) dell’Università Bicocca.

Requisiti richiesti:

- Titolo di studio Geometra o Ingegnere Civile o Architetto
- 10 di esperienza complessiva nel ruolo di Project Manager (P.M.)
- Almeno 20 anni di esperienza complessiva come tecnico in ambito edilizia
- Il candidato deve essere in forza, da almeno 2 anni, in una impresa con certificazione ISO9001
- Esperienza in qualità di P.M, negli ultimi 10 anni, in almeno 2 commesse (completate):
- aventi ad oggetto realizzazione di università (non edilizia scolastica), edifici per ricerca, ospedali, residenze universitarie, edifici residenziali o per uffici, alberghi e altre strutture commerciali affini
- aventi importo lavori non inferiore ai 25 milioni di euro (al netto di IVA)

I suddetti requisiti sono tutti necessari, comprovati da:

- suddetta certificazione ISO9001
- il ruolo svolto deve risultare da organigrammi estratti dal piano qualità
