Product Trainer

Responsible for delivering high quality training solutions within own pre-defined area to both internal and external audiences using different delivery methods (e.g. classrooms, OJT, coaching, virtual) at Sidel, at the customer site or via remote learning.
Your Mission
- Deliver product technical training sessions inline with the internal and external customer requirements.
- Monitor and ensure continuous improvement of thetraining sessions' quality.
- Support the design of Technical Training documentationaccordingly to Customer and internal employees' training demand.
- Support the creation and design of training modules tosupport FSE Training Path.
- Support the creation and design of Competence Audits contentand related questionnaires.
- Support with the configuration and update of machineriesincluded in Training Lab (where applicable).
- Develop advanced knowledge in own product/technologyarea.
- Mentor junior trainers.
- Make travel arrangements in cooperation with the referenceTraining Assistant.
- Monitor trainer occupation rate KPIs.
Your Profile
- Master'sDegree.
- Good understanding of learningsolutions and market drivers, trends and innovations.
- Technical subject matterexpertise on Technical Training solution area.
- Knowledge of training contentdesign tools and softwares.
- Previous experience (average of3-5 years) as a trainer.
- Fluency both in italian andenglish.
- Availabilityto travel up to 70% (approx. 100-max150 days per year).
