Manpower Professional, societ di ricerca e selezione di profili qualificati middle-senior, cerca una figura di Service – Tecnico Post Sales. Il nostro cliente è un’azienda tecnologica in grande crescita, con sede a Milano e che sviluppa piattaforme software e sistemi di monitoraggio per impianti da fonti rinnovabili (in particolare fotovoltaico) rivolte a clienti in Italia e all’estero. Mansioni e responsabilit Gestire l’assistenza tecnica post-vendita tramite piattaforma di ticketing, mail e, quando necessario, call/videocall con i clienti, Analizzare le anomalie segnalate e risolverle attraverso configurazioni e personalizzazioni sulle applicazioni web-based proprietarie, Utilizzare strumenti di accesso remoto (es. AnyDesk, TeamViewer) per intervenire sui sistemi dei clienti, Interfacciarsi con il team Post Sales di II livello e con i tecnici per i casi più complessi o che richiedono interventi di programmazione o di intervento in loco, Garantire tempi di risposta e livello di servizio ottimali, anche coordinando eventuali interventi on site dei tecnici di campo. Cosa stiamo cercando Diploma, laurea o master in discipline tecniche (elettrotecnica, automazione, energetica, telecomunicazioni o affini), Buone basi di informatica e networking (PC, reti, protocolli TCP/IP). Gradita conoscenza di SCADA e protocolli come Modbus, Preferibile esperienza con sistemi di monitoraggio e controllo in ambito rinnovabili (fotovoltaico in particolare) o in ruoli analoghi di service/post sales tecnico, Gradita conoscenza della lingua inglese a livello B2, per gestire interazioni anche con clienti esteri, Spiccate capacit di problem solving, gestione delle priorit e rispetto delle scadenze, oltre ad un forte orientamento al cliente. La sede è a Milano, con possibilit di smart working fino a 3-4 giorni a settimana, con orari da lunedì a venerdì (9-18). L'assunzione è diretta, a tempo indeterminato, con RAL in fascia 35.000-45.000€ in funzione dell'esperienza effettiva, oltre a ticket restaurant, welfare e sistema incentivante. vetrinabakeca
