- Sviluppare e implementare la strategia commerciale degli hotel in linea con il posizionamento e gli obiettivi aziendali
- Guidare e coordinare il team Sales, assicurando performance elevate e crescita continua
- Presidiare i mercati chiave con attività mirate di account management e sviluppo new business
- Curare i rapporti con partner strategici, agenzie di viaggio, DMC e operatori internazionali
- Rappresentare le strutture in fiere, eventi e roadshow, in Italia e all’estero
- Garantire una gestione commerciale efficace, in linea con gli standard e la brand reputation delle strutture

Competenze ed esperienza

- Esperienza consolidata in ruoli Sales in strutture 5*
- Profonda conoscenza dei mercati internazionali e del settore Leisure di lusso
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese; la conoscenza di altre lingue sarà considerata un plus
- Eccellenti doti di leadership, visione strategica e orientamento al risultato
- Spirito imprenditoriale, flessibilità e ottime capacità relazionali
