Supporto On-Trip: Mantenere il contatto costante con l'ospite durante il viaggio, monitorando la qualit dei servizi in tempo reale e intervenendo prontamente per risolvere imprevisti o esaudire desideri last-minute. Eccellenza e Cura: Curare la relazione umana per garantire il benessere totale del cliente, in linea con i suoi bisogni personali e il suo stile di vita. Feedback &, Miglioramento: Gestire il follow-up post-viaggio e condividere i feedback con i reparti interni per elevare costantemente gli standard aziendali. Pianificazione: Gestire e aggiornare i documenti di viaggio e gli strumenti digitali a supporto degli ospiti. Competenze Requisiti necessari: Esperienza: Almeno 1-2 anni nel settore turismo (Hotellerie, TO, agenzie) o nel Retail di lusso, dove il Customer Care è prioritario. Lingue: Padronanza fluente della lingua Inglese Soft Skills: Spiccata creativit , doti relazionali eccellenti, flessibilit e una forte curiosit . Resilienza: Capacit di gestire carichi di lavoro importanti e attitudine al problem solving rapido. Tecnologia: Familiarit con strumenti CRM e applicativi per il supporto ai viaggiatori.
