An entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to build strategic relationships with financial stakeholders are essential.**Responsibilities*** Define and lead the business development strategy with an initial focus on the Italian market and a broader international outlook.* Develop high-level relationships with C-level executives and IT leaders in banks and insurance companies.* Collaborate with product and marketing teams to tailor AI solutions to local market needs.* Represent the company at events, conferences, and strategic meetings.* Contribute to building a local commercial team.* Report directly to the international leadership team on pipeline, performance, and market insights.**Requirements*** Proven experience in business development within the financial services industry, particularly in Banking and Wealth Management.* Established network of decision-makers in the industry, particularly in IT.* Familiarity with technology solutions financial-linked and ability to engage with IT departments.* Previous experience in top-tier consulting firms is a plus.* Startup mindset is essential: results-driven, fast-paced, autonomous.* Willingness to travel frequently across Italy and abroad.* Fluent in both Italian and English.**Location**: hybrid/Milan
