STIAMO CERCANDO UN JUNIOR INTERIOR DESIGNER + CLIENT ASSISTANT (FULL TIME)

Cerchiamo una figura polivalente, con sensibilità estetica e spirito organizzativo, da inserire nel nostro team per affiancare il designer principale nella gestione dei progetti e delle relazioni con i clienti, contribuendo alla realizzazione di interni su misura - dalle case di montagna ai progetti internazionali, fino alle installazioni che portiamo agli eventi di design come il Fuori Salone di Milano.

Cosa farai

Collaborerai alla progettazione e sviluppo di interni su misura, seguendo tutte le fasi del progetto, dal concept alla realizzazione:

- 🧱 Creando modelli 3D e presentazioni di progetto con SketchUp o software equivalenti.
- 🎨 Supportando nella ricerca e selezione dei materiali e delle finiture per moodboard e presentazioni.
- 🤝 Supportando il designer principale nella gestione dei progetti, per poi assumere progressivamente autonomia.
- 📦 Coordinando fornitori e interlocutori interni per l’avanzamento delle commesse.
- 🗂️ Gestendo l’operatività dell’ufficio, assicurando ordine, metodo e puntualità.
- ☎️ Gestendo telefonate, appuntamenti e comunicazioni con clienti e partner, garantendo un contatto sempre professionale e curato.
- 🏡 Accogliendo clienti e partner nello showroom, contribuendo a trasmettere la nostra idea di casa e di bellezza.

Chi cerchiamo

- 🎓 Laurea in Architettura, Interior Design o discipline affini (o comprovata esperienza nel settore arredamento e design).
- 🧰 Buona conoscenza di SketchUp (o altri programmi di modellazione 3D).
- 💻 Ottima padronanza degli strumenti digitali (posta elettronica, Word, Excel, ecc.).
- 🇬🇧 Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, parlata e scritta - requisito fondamentale.
- 🪞 Esperienza pregressa in ruoli di showroom, progettazione o gestione clienti, preferibilmente in contesti arredamento/design.
- 🎯 Spiccato senso estetico e attenzione ai dettagli, ai materiali e ai colori.
- ⏱️ Attitudine alla gestione del tempo e delle priorità, precisione e desiderio di crescere in autonomia.
