Transformation Projects Manager (m/f/d)

Do you want to drive the growth and future of OBI Italia? Do you like to take responsibility, communicate confidently with top management and discuss facts? Do you think strategically and conceptually (even around corners) and approach complex problems in a structured and highly motivated manner? Then work together with us at OBI Italia to make “Alles machbar” / “Everything doable”.

As part of the central PMO, you will be involved in all exciting future topics of OBI Italia, provide impetus and support the Board/SteerCo in the further development and implementation of the country strategy. You will work at the heart of the action and make a significant contribution to the optimization of our processes.

Your new role is future-oriented and challenging:

- You work outside the line functions and fully concentrate on projects and processes to help us improve every day.
- You take on E2E responsibility for selected organizational development initiatives as a coordinator or project manager together with the departments involved.
- You ensure high quality and target-oriented performance in the process.
- In addition, you support the Executive Board and the Supervisory Board in time-critical issues with meaningful analyses and decision papers.

Your qualifications speak for themselves:

- You have an above-average master's degree in business administration/ economics, (business) informatics or comparable courses of study
- You have extended professional experience in project management, e.G. in a strategy consultancy, as part of the strategy department in a well-known retail and consumer goods company or in another area that you can inspire us about
- You have strong conceptual, analytical and communication skills
- You have a flexible and entrepreneurial mindset as well as a high level of personal responsibility and can-do mentality
