E&I Superintendent (Job Ref: JOB-1474)
We are looking for an experienced E&I Superintendent to lead the construction of the electricity, instrumentation, and automation scopes for the largest green hydrogen production project in Europe. The role starts in January 2026 and is based in the Netherlands.
Your Mission
You are responsible for the success of the construction site until acceptance, deadline management, and personnel management within your field. You ensure absolute compliance with safety rules.
Responsibilities

Preparation of the electrical and/or instrumentation scope
Validation of estimates and cost estimates
Monitoring the progress of subcontractors
Coordination of activities
Quality control and progress of work
Assisting subcontractors in carrying out the assigned tasks

Qualifications

Experience in industrial project construction in France or abroad
Experience with HTA (High Voltage) and HTB (Very High Voltage) equipment is a plus
Mastery of risk identification methods (HAZID, HAZOP)
Knowledge of electrical risk prevention (C18‑510)
Fluency in English
