Solution Architect with French

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Solution Architect with French. This role is integral in supporting large and complex service opportunities with a global scope, involving collaboration across various markets. The Solutions Architect will be responsible for assembling resources, interfacing with different teams, and ensuring compliance during critical bid phases. The impact of this position focuses on optimizing service delivery and enhancing customer satisfaction, while adapting solutions to meet evolving needs. The ideal candidate will leverage consultative selling techniques to foster relationships and drive engagement success.
Accountabilities
- Create awareness of Managed Print/Device Services offerings.
- Assess customer’s business and technical needs related to their printing environment.
- Develop Services & Solutions scope and design using relevant portfolio components.
- Architect end-to-end solutions to meet customer requirements while being price competitive.
- Document deal assumptions, costing, and contractual documents.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure execution of Solutions initiatives.
- Maintain excellent communication with customer’s executive management.
Requirements
- Bachelor/Master degree.
- Typically 5+ years of experience in technical selling or consultative selling.
- Experience in industry desired.
- Experience working in a virtual team environment.
- Fluent in English and French.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to lead large complex projects.
