I'm working with a global organisation within the HR technology and services sector who are embarking on a global SAP HR and Payroll transformation and support enhancement program.

They require an SAP Payroll Functional Consultant to join them on a long-term contract supporting the global HR systems landscape.

This role will focus on delivering high-quality application support, technical guidance, and ongoing maintenance for SAP HR and Payroll modules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide application support consultancy through advice, guidance, and appropriate technical activities.

• Manage and resolve support tickets following functional analysis and best practice implementation.

• Execute system testing to ensure all developments and configurations meet specifications.

• Create and maintain technical and functional documentation on assigned issues.

• Communicate progress, resolutions, and root causes effectively to stakeholders and management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of SAP HR and Payroll modules, including configuration and support.

• Proven experience delivering application maintenance and functional support in HR systems.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a service-oriented mindset.

• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

• Excellent communication skills with a strong sense of accountability and customer focus.
