Cosa Cerchiamo

Il Purchasing Director è responsabile della definizione e dell’implementazione della strategia di procurement dell’azienda, garantendo l’eccellenza qualitativa dei beni e servizi acquistati a supporto delle operazioni, nel pieno rispetto degli standard del brand, delle policy corporate e degli obiettivi di efficienza economica.

Responsabilità principali

Strategia & Governance

- Definire e implementare la strategia di purchasing e sourcing a livello corporate.
- Stabilire policy, procedure e standard di procurement in linea con i valori del brand.
- Garantire compliance normativa, contrattuale ed etica lungo tutta la supply chain.
- Gestire e aggiornare l’Albo Fornitori aziendale, in stretta collaborazione con il dipartimento Legal, assicurando l’allineamento con le policy interne e la normativa vigente.

Supplier Management & Sourcing

- Identificare, selezionare e sviluppare fornitori (F&B, amenities, tessili, servizi tecnici, servizi onboard, ecc.).
- Gestire relazioni strategiche con fornitori chiave, anche a livello internazionale.
- Negoziare contratti quadro assicurando qualità eccellente, continuità del servizio e ottimizzazione dei costi.
- Valutare periodicamente le performance dei fornitori e gestire eventuali piani di miglioramento.

Operations Support

- Collaborare con il Management per assicurare coerenza tra acquisti e guest experience.
- Supportare aperture, refurbishments e nuovi progetti.
- Garantire puntualità, affidabilità e standard elevati anche in contesti logistici complessi.

Cost Control & Performance

- Definire KPI di procurement (saving, qualità, lead time, supplier performance).
- Monitorare budget, forecast e saving plan in collaborazione con Finance.
- Implementare processi di value engineering senza compromessi sulla qualità percepita.

Team & Stakeholder Management

- Guidare e sviluppare il team Purchasing a livello corporate.
- Coordinare stakeholder interni (Operations, Finance, Legal, Engineering, Brand).
- Agire come riferimento per il procurement nei progetti strategici dell’azienda.

Requisiti

- Laurea in Economia, Ingegneria Gestionale o discipline affini.
- MBA o Master in Supply Chain / Procurement costituiscono titolo preferenziale.
- Più di 10 anni di esperienza in ruoli di Purchasing / Procurement / Supply Chain.
- Precedente esperienza in hospitality di lusso.
- Background corporate e gestione di strutture multi-site / multi-brand.

Competenze soft

- Leadership orientata alla collaborazione.
- Sensibilità estetica e attenzione al dettaglio.
- Approccio strategico, visione di lungo periodo e forte orientamento al risultato.
- Eccellenti capacità di comunicazione con stakeholder.

Lingue

- Inglese fluente.
- La conoscenza di altre lingue costituisce un plus.
