Organization & Compensation Expert

For our client, a structured and growing organization, we are looking for an Organization & Compensation Expert.
The role will report to the Corporate HR Manager and will support projects related to organizational design and compensation policies, ensuring alignment with strategic guidelines and compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Support the design and update of organizational models, organizational charts and job descriptions.
Assist in process analysis and improvement to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Contribute to workload assessments and team sizing.
Support the definition and implementation of compensation policies and MBO systems.
Conduct salary surveys and market benchmarking.
Collaborate on cross-functional projects and ensure accurate documentation and communication.
Requirements and Skills
Degree in Economics or Management.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Knowledge of organizational design methodologies and compensation systems.
Previous experience in HR organization or compensation roles; familiarity with Hay/Korn Ferry methodologies is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Visio.
Problem‑solving attitude, results orientation, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
