Position Summary
The HR Specialist supports the HR Admin Manager in managing labor relations and HR administrative activities, ensuring compliance with regulations and proper application of company procedures. He/she collaborates with the HR team and functional managers to guarantee efficient and compliant processes.
Key Responsibilities
Labor Relations
- Support the management of relationships with trade unions and employee representatives.
- Assist in preparing documentation for collective agreements and company-level agreements.
- Provide support in handling disputes and disciplinary procedures.
- Monitor regulatory updates and prepare informative reports.
HR Administration
- Assist in managing employee records and updating the HRIS system.
- Support the payroll process in collaboration with the external provider.
- Collaborate in managing benefits and responding to employee requests.
- Prepare HR reports (Headcount, Costs, KPIs, ISTAT questionnaires, etc.).
- Assist in managing audits and internal controls.
- Support hiring processes and contract management.
Requirements
- Degree in Law, Economics, or related fields.
- 3–5 years of experience in HR roles, preferably with a focus on labor relations and administration.
- Knowledge of labor regulations and HR processes.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems.
- Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with the Commerce National Collective Agreement (CCNL Commercio).
- Excellent English skills.
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of INAZ or similar HR management systems.

Employment Type:
