JUNIOR HR CONSULTANT – RECRUITER NEOLAUREATO/A
Sede di lavoro: Milano (Via Cilea – MM1)
Se ci sceglierai e ti sceglieremo, affiancherai i consulenti senior su progetti di Ricerca e Selezione per arrivare, con il tempo, a muoverti con sempre maggiore autonomia; imparerai le tecniche di Head Hunting e a utilizzare i nostri strumenti di assessment (individuale e di gruppo); inoltre potrai lavorare su progetti legati alle attività dell’Aviation Space Center.

Stiamo ricercando una persona creativa, grintosa e che voglia stupirsi quotidianamente riuscendo a pensare fuori dagli schemi e che non si limiti a fare il “compitino”.
Il percorso di inserimento prevede un contratto di stage/tirocinio per i primi 6/12 mesi. Al termine di questo periodo, saremo felici di valutare insieme le possibilità di proseguire la collaborazione in base ai risultati raggiunti. Anche a livello retributivo abbiamo pensato fin da subito a un percorso in crescita (a cui si aggiunge rimborso pasti e mezzi di trasporto) che possa essere soddisfacente per coloro che decideranno di accettare questa sfida.
