Within the Engineering Configuration Management Area, we are looking for an Asset Configuration Management Specialist for our site in Pomigliano d'Arco (NA). Main Activities
- Monitoring and verifying the correct application of Configuration Management processes related to Test Assets, ensuring their compliance with company standards and procedures.
- Defining and managing Configuration Management Plans for Test Assets, ensuring configuration control throughout their entire lifecycle.
- Verifying the conformity and completeness of technical documentation, ensuring traceability and adherence to configuration and quality requirements.
- Managing and administering software release repositories, ensuring version control, artifact integrity, and release traceability.
- Supporting the definition, updating, and improvement of Configuration Management procedures, contributing to process standardization and the adoption of company best practices. Education
- Technical diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or STEM disciplines (Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics). Experience Level
- Junior. Technical Skills
- Knowledge of the Test Asset lifecycle and related management processes.
- Knowledge of Configuration Management principles and/or Quality Assurance processes; previous experience in these areas is a plus.
- Familiarity with technical documentation management and configuration control processes. Soft Skills
- Precision, attention to detail, and a methodical approach to carrying out activities.
- Ability to operate in contexts characterized by structured processes and formalized procedures.
- Good organizational and planning skills.
- Aptitude for teamwork and collaboration with multidisciplinary stakeholders.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with a predisposition to discussion and mediation. Language Skills
- Good knowledge of the English language, with the ability to understand technical documentation, write technical texts, and communicate effectively in professional contexts. IT Skills
- Scripting and/or programming skills aimed at automating Configuration Management activities, such as configuration checks, document management, and data consistency verification, are a plus. Other Requirements
