We are looking for a visionary AI and Data Intelligence Engineering Manager to lead advanced initiatives in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, IoT, Data Engineering, and ML Ops. This role combines technical depth with strategic leadership, ensuring robust architectures, scalable systems, and operational excellence across AI and data platforms. You will lead a high-performing team of Data Scientists, Data Engineers, and DevOps/ML Ops specialists, fostering collaboration and innovation to deliver impactful solutions that transform business and customer experiences.

Your Responsibilities

- Lead and develop a multidisciplinary engineering team (Data Science, Data Engineering, DevOps/ML Ops, Cloud Architecture).
- Define and execute the AI and Data Intelligence technology roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Drive architecture design for data platforms, AI models, IoT integrations, and ML Ops pipelines.
- Support Program Managers in planning workloads, assigning resources, and ensuring timely delivery.
- Conduct performance reviews, coach team members, and foster continuous improvement.
- Translate business needs into actionable technical strategies.
- Ensure best practices in secure development, data governance, and scalable system design.
- Promote adoption of state-of-the-art tools and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Facilitate collaboration across departments and international locations.

What You Bring

- Proven experience in AI/ML systems and data engineering.
- Strong knowledge of ML Ops, DevOps/DevSecOps, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Hands-on expertise in data pipelines, model deployment, and scalable architectures.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams in an international environment.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

- PhD in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.
- Experience with IoT architectures.
- Track record of delivering AI-driven products in production environments.
