Construction Project Manager – Concrete Supply
Per un importante progetto internazionale nel settore delle costruzioni, sono alla ricerca di un Project Manager con solida esperienza nella produzione e fornitura di calcestruzzo in ambito impiantistico.
Sede di lavoro: Palma, Mozambico
Durata dell’incarico: da giugno 2024 a maggio 2027
Turnazione: 60 giorni on / 15 giorni off
Giorni lavorativi: 26 giorni al mese (domenica non lavorativa)
Alloggio e vitto: forniti dal cliente presso il campo di progetto
Scopo del ruolo
La risorsa sarà responsabile della supervisione della produzione di calcestruzzo nel rispetto dei termini contrattuali e delle specifiche tecniche, garantendo il corretto avanzamento del progetto sotto il profilo operativo, economico e qualitativo.
Responsabilità principali
- Supervisione di tutte le fasi del progetto, inclusi HSE, gestione contrattuale, ispezioni e controllo qualità
- Gestione dei costi e monitoraggio dell’avanzamento lavori nel rispetto delle tempistiche
- Coordinamento delle attività di avviamento impianto e produzione del calcestruzzo
- Interfaccia con le autorità regolatorie
- Gestione delle risorse e del team di progetto
Competenze richieste
- Capacità di lavorare in autonomia e organizzare le risorse
- Spiccate doti di leadership e gestione del personale
- Ottime capacità di problem solving
- Conoscenza e utilizzo dei principali strumenti informatici
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese
- Utilizzo professionale del pacchetto MS Office
Requisiti e qualifiche
- Almeno 15 anni di esperienza comprovata come Construction Project Manager nella produzione e fornitura di calcestruzzo
- Esperienza nella gestione di progetti complessi con valore contrattuale compreso tra 80 e 100 milioni di euro
- Competenza nella gestione di documentazione tecnica e di qualità
- Conoscenza dei termini e condizioni contrattuali relativi alla fornitura di calcestruzzo
- Diploma tecnico e/o laurea in Ingegneria
