Within the Aircraft BU, the FOD Prevention management activity referent in the Experimental area of the Venegono Plant ensures the management and application of FOD prevention procedures applicable to the experimental area and all activities related to FOD prevention.
The resource will be involved in the following activities:
- Ensure the achievement of site FOD prevention targets in terms of the experimental area's contribution.
- Plan annual FOD prevention plans applicable to the experimental area in full integration with the Plant's FOD prevention plans managed directly by the Plant's FOD Manager.
- Coordinate with the Plant's FOD Manager for the planning of specific FOD Walks activities, issuance of related periodic reports, trend analysis and definition of containment, corrective or improvement actions.
- Development of Root Cause and Corrective Actions in case of findings related to FOD (Escapes, Incident Reports, etc…)
- Management of activities related to FOD event monitoring and FOD Tag management.
- Development, issuance, updates and management of area FOD prevention procedures.
- Support with responsibility for Internal Audits, Customers, Visits, Third Parties, Promotional Events on the topic of FOD.
Education:
STEM degree (preferably Aeronautical Engineering) Required experience level: Expert Technical

Operational knowledge of the Workshop and FOD prevention issues Behavioral
skills:
- Ability to organize oneself in the methodical development of planned schedules.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to synthesize and focus on the primary causes of problems.
