The Senior Fullstack Developer will be working in our Platform team, alongside other talented developers. While we expect proficiency in both backend and frontend, this role is especially suited for developers with a strong backend foundation who are also confident working on the frontend as needed to support feature delivery end-to-end.

📖 Your quests will be:

- Develop core features for our internal systems and empower the game teams to create fun and impactful experiences to our players.
- Collaborate with the team to translate complex business needs into technical requirements, development tasks, and timelines.
- Integrate frontend (Angular) and backend components, ensuring efficient, high-performant systems.
- Take an active part in designing, developing, and testing features.
- Own the technical aspects of the development pipeline, from architecture and design to deployment and release, aligning with the product roadmap.
- Monitor the performance of live systems, ensuring stability and efficiency while contributing to the optimisation of existing features.

🎮 To start playing, you will need:

- Senior-level experience with TypeScript, particularly in building scalable web applications on AWS infrastructure.
- Expertise in Node.js for building RESTful APIs and server-side logic.
- Knowledge of PostgreSQL (or similar relational databases) for designing and optimising database schemas.
- Hands-on experience with Docker for containerization and efficient development workflows.
- Proficiency with Git for source control and collaboration.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with cross-functional teams.
- A proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues, with strong problem-solving skills.

Building community and having a place to connect with each other is very important for us. We like not only to work together, but to have time to get to know each other, to celebrate and have fun. We also value people's choice to work from anywhere, that's why we have a very flexible hybrid model.

Our policy is 4 days per month at the office, and we decide however we're gonna go. There are people who like to go once every week, or two days every two weeks, four days straight, or even combining the last 4 days of one month with the first 4 days of the next month and only go 8 days straight every two months. Whatever works best for you

If you don’t live in Italy, we have two options: if you would like to relocate, our company offers a relocation package to help you move to Milan; if you want to stay where you are, we offer a benefit to help you with travel expenses and flexible working hours around your journey time.
