Boutique 4-star luxury hotel in the heart of historic Rome
Hotel Monte Cenci is looking for a Front Office Agent (Receptionist) to join our front desk team.
You will be the first point of contact for our guests and will play a key role in delivering a warm, personalized experience in line with the high standards of our boutique luxury hospitality.
Main Responsibilities
As a Front Office Agent, your main duties will include:

Managing check-in and check-out procedures with accuracy and courtesy
Welcoming guests and assisting them throughout their stay
Handling reservations (direct and through OTAs)
Providing local recommendations and concierge-style support (transfers, reservations, etc.)
Operating the Protel property management system and managing daily transactions
Promoting hotel services through upselling and guest engagement
Coordinating with housekeeping, maintenance, and F& B departments
Resolving guest issues with discretion and professionalism Requirements

Previous experience in similar roles within luxury hotels or upscale hospitality settings
Excellent command of English (knowledge of a second language is a plus)
Familiarity with Protel PMS
Strong computer literacy (email, Office suite, internet tools)
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance, discretion, and attention to detail
Availability to work on shifts, including weekends and holidays What We Offer
