The Role
As a Data Scientist, you’ll play a central role in helping the company embed advanced analytics into its core operations. This is a hands-on, business-facing position that offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leaders and stakeholders across retail operations, marketing, supply chain, and customer insights.
You’ll work on a variety of projects such as demand forecasting, promotion optimisation, price elasticity modeling, basket analysis, and geospatial analytics. Acting as an internal consultant, you’ll translate business challenges into data solutions—turning complex analysis into clear, actionable insights that influence strategic decisions across the organisation.

Your Background
- 4–5 years of experience in a data science role within consulting or retail
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL
- Solid understanding of statistical and machine learning techniques
- Ability to communicate data insights effectively and translate them into business actions
- Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
- Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving mindset
- Motivated, curious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
