AZIENDA International Company specialized in investments in Renewable Energy is searching fo a Senior Investment Analyst for its Investment Team. OFFERTA The role will involve working with senior colleagues across all stages of the investment lifecycle. Duties and Responsibilities: Financial modelling and analysis - Develop, manage and analyse financial models to assess greenfield and operational solar projects and portfolios across different geographies (predominantly in Europe), - Undertake quarterly, semi-annual and annual valuations of fund portfolios, - Contribute to and eventually manage and review fund valuation models. Investment support - Support with the preparation and submission of non-binding and confirmatory offers on portfolios, - Assist with due diligence on M&amp, A activities, - Support the review and negotiation of project documentation related to investment opportunities, such as share purchase agreements, power purchase agreements, EPCs and operations and maintenance (O&amp, M) contracts, - Contribute to assessing the ongoing performance of investments. Business development - Support analysis of optimisation opportunities for the existing portfolio, - Follow and report on sector news and industry developments, - Investigate and research new markets for the Company, - Analyse and report on emerging technologies such as storage, - Carry out competitor analysis. COMPETENZE ED ESPERIENZA Required Qualifications, Skills and Experience: - +2 year in Investment or Financing - BSc or MSc degree in Business Administration, Finance or Engineering - Knowledge of Investment lifecycle, Renewable energy and Financial modeling - Renewable Energy focused background - Financial &amp, Analytical ability - Clear &amp, concise written &amp, verbal communication in italian and english - Time management - Willing to travel extensively.
