- Via Tiburtina. The resource will be responsible for the following activities:
- Carry out audit activities aimed at evaluating the adequacy and functionality (effectiveness and efficiency) of processes, organizational structures, and the internal control system;
- Manage, independently or in a team, the planning of activities, the execution of tests, the preparation of the audit report, and subsequent monitoring activities of action plans;
- Collaborate in the evaluation and analysis of the Company's regulatory system, providing insights for its efficiency;
- Support risk assessment activities preparatory to the definition of the three-year Audit Plan. Education
- Degree in Engineering, in economic-scientific or legal subjects. Seniority
- Junior with 2/3 years of experience. Technical knowledge and skills
- Knowledge of the main company processes (e.g., production, logistics, engineering, purchasing, program management, etc.) and related control systems;
- Analysis and re-engineering of processes;
- Knowledge of relevant regulations (e.g., Legislative Decree 231/01, UNI EN 9100, Legislative Decree 81/08, Law 185/90, ITAR, EAR, etc.);
- Audit methodologies and reference standards (IIA);
- Risk assessment & analysis;
- Knowledge of accounting principles. Behavioral competencies
