- Perform routine cleaning and tidying of common areas, ensuring compliance with our quality standards
- Monitor and maintain all public areas, including lobbies, corridors, terraces, and recreational spaces during night shifts
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and concerns during night hours
- Report any damage, maintenance requirements, or security incidents to the appropriate departments
- Ensure all public areas comply with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
- Maintain accurate records of night shift activities and observations
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless operations across all shifts
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and materials safely and efficiently
- Assist with emergency procedures and guest safety protocols as required
