Per conto di un nostro top client, realtà leader in ambito Telecomunicazioni stiamo cercando un giovane talento neolaureato in Ingegneria delle Telecomunicazioni da inserire nel nostro team di Enterprise Risk Management, con un percorso strutturato di formazione e crescita professionale.
Chi cerchiamo:
Una risorsa curiosa, proattiva e con forte attitudine analitica, appena laureata in Ingegneria delle Telecomunicazioni, interessata a sviluppare competenze nel mondo del Enteprise Risk Management, della Business Continuity, della Governance e della compliance normativa.
Di cosa ti occuperai:
Dopo un percorso di onboarding e formazione dedicata, sarai coinvolto in attività quali:
- Analisi e valutazione dei rischi aziendali;
- Supporto nella definizione e aggiornamento dei framework di governance;
- Contributo alla redazione di policy, procedure e modelli operativi;
- Partecipazione a progetti trasversali di miglioramento dei processi;
- Collaborazione con team tecnici e funzioni di controllo aziendale.
Cosa offriamo:
- Percorso di formazione dedicato;
- RAL: fino a 33.000€ + buoni pasto + welfare;
- Contratto a tempo indeterminato;
- Smart Working ibrido ( 80% in sede - 20% da remoto).
Sede di lavoro: Roma, Italia.
